Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 1, 2026

At onserv.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we build technologies and services that enable people to connect, track, and share based on their zones. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information across our free and paid services, inspired by our commitment to transparency.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide a better experience, personalize advertisements, and enable location-based features.

  • Information You Provide: Account registration data (name, email, password), profile details, and payment/billing information if you subscribe to our paid version or purchase credits.
  • Location Data (Precise & Regional): With your permission, we collect precise location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, cell tower signals) to enable zone tracking and location-specific features. If precise tracking is turned off, we may still estimate your general region via your IP address.
  • Device and Usage Information: We collect data about the devices you use to access onserv.com, including device attributes, operating systems, hardware versions, browser types, IP addresses, and your activity on our platform.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, and pixels to recognize you, remember your preferences, and track your interactions with ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to power the onserv.com ecosystem:

  • To Provide Our Services: Including map visualization, zone tracking, and user account management.
  • To Personalize Ads (Free Version): We use your activity, profile details, and general location to show you personalized advertisements that match your interests.
  • To Manage Subscriptions & Top-Ups (Paid Version): We use your data to process payments, verify subscription and credit tiers, and provide an ad-free or premium experience.
  • To Improve and Secure Our Platform: To detect fraud, enforce our terms, and develop new features.

3. How Information is Shared

We do not sell your personal data. However, we share data in the following ways to keep our platform running:

  • With Third-Party Advertisers (Free Version): We share aggregate, non-personally identifiable reports with advertisers to help them understand the demographic reach of their ads. We do not hand over your name or email to advertisers without your explicit consent.
  • With Service Providers: We share data with infrastructure partners, payment processors (for paid tiers), and analytics providers who strictly follow our confidentiality agreements.
  • Google Maps Integration: Our platform utilizes Google Maps features and APIs. By using onserv.com, you agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy, as Google automatically processes certain device and location data directly through these integrations.

4. Google Sign-In & Google API User Data

onserv.com offers Google sign-in and uses Google Maps APIs. When you sign in with Google, we receive only the basic profile information Google returns (your name and email address), which we use solely to authenticate you and connect your glow across devices. We do not request access to, or receive, any other Google user data (such as Gmail, Drive, or Calendar content).

Consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, we do not use or transfer Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the functionality of our services, and we never sell or share it with third parties for advertising or any other unrelated purpose.

5. Your Choices and Data Control

We give you the power to manage your privacy:

  • Location Services: You can grant or revoke permission for onserv.com to access your precise location at any time through your device’s operating system settings. Revoking this may limit your ability to use zone-tracking features.

  • Subscription Management: Paid-tier users can manage their account status, billing cycles, and data retention preferences through their account dashboard.
